- The registration fee for this run is non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, flood), air pollution (haze) or any other weather conditions that may cause danger and hazards to participants, the organizers have the right to cancel the event. No refunds will be issued for any reason related to weather conditions.
- All participants take part in this run at their own risk. The organizers will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants during the event.
- It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are physically fit to participate in the run. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns about your health or fitness.
- While the organizers will provide a medical team on-site to assist with any immediate health issues or emergencies, participants acknowledge that the organizers are not liable for any injuries or medical conditions that may arise before, during, or after the event.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
- By participating in the event, participants consent to being photographed and recorded. The organizers reserve the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional purposes without compensation to the participants.
- Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate in the run. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of minors during the event.
